Quick answer: Trader Joe's sells its products through physical stores. For shoppers comparing ways to obtain items without making the store trip themselves, it is important to distinguish Trader Joe's from independent personal shopping services such as HIOOL. For HIOOL's current process, use the Buy Trader Joe's Online hub.
HIOOL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by Trader Joe's.
What Does Trader Joe's Official Website Do?
Trader Joe's official website provides product information, company content, and store discovery. HIOOL's ordering and fulfillment service is completely separate from Trader Joe's.
What Is an Independent Personal Shopping Service?
A personal shopping service performs the shopping work for the customer. With HIOOL, customers choose requested items online; after a HIOOL order is placed, HIOOL shops for those items at U.S. Trader Joe's retail stores, subject to availability, then handles packing and shipment of eligible items.
How HIOOL Fits Into Online Shopping
HIOOL provides its own catalog interface and checkout to collect customers' shopping requests and shipping information. HIOOL is not an official Trader Joe's online store, retailer, distributor, franchise, or delivery partner.
Browse current items, popular picks, new arrivals, snacks, pantry, beauty & skincare, and seasonal products.
What Should You Check Before Using a Personal Shopping Service?
- Who provides the service? The business should clearly identify itself.
- Is the relationship with the brand clear? An independent service should not imply official affiliation.
- How is pricing presented? HIOOL checkout pricing is not Trader Joe's in-store pricing.
- What are the shipping terms? Review available carrier choices, costs, processing, and destination restrictions.
- Is the item suitable for parcel shipping? Temperature-sensitive products may not be offered.
Shipping Availability
HIOOL can arrange shipment to eligible destinations shown at checkout, subject to store availability, product suitability, carrier requirements, and applicable import rules.
