Cooking Instructions

You will need: 2 Tbsp butter, 2 cups water.

Melt butter over low heat in a 2 quart saucepan. Add the rice and orzo blend and brown well, stirring frequently. Add water and seasoning packet, bring to a slow boil and simmer over low heat, covered, for about 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is completely absorbed.
