Preparation Instructions

You will need: 1 egg | 1 cup water | ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter | 8x4 inch loaf pan, greased

Preheat oven to 350°F. Set glaze packet aside. Combine cake mix, egg, water, and butter and mix until batter is smooth. Pour into pan and spread evenly. Bake on center rack for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in pan about 45 minutes. Remove cake from pan, place on a plate, and glaze before serving.

For glaze: Combine 1 pouch lemon glaze mix + 1–2 tablespoons hot water + 2 tablespoons melted butter. Whisk until smooth; drizzle over cooled cake.
