Would have appreciated bubble wrap or protection inside the box

Would have appreciated bubble wrap or protection inside the box. Only the bottom of the box had a thin layer of protection. Biscotti had been thrown around as packages tend to be breaking the biscotti and leaving lots of crumbs. However the biscotti itself tasted fresh

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear the biscotti still tasted fresh. We completely understand your concern about the crumbs and breakage.

This product comes in a sealed retail container with some open space inside, so the biscotti can move around within the original packaging during handling and transit. Since we keep all products factory sealed, we’re unable to add cushioning inside the container itself. Even with protective wrapping around the outside, some minor breakage can occasionally occur with this type of product.

That said, we appreciate your suggestion and will continue looking for better ways to secure and cushion these items inside the shipping box. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
