Directions

Cook 1 pound ground beef or poultry or plant-based alternative. Stir in 1/2 packet of Trader Joe's Taco Seasoning Mix and 3/4 cup water, and heat until boiling. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring often, until thickened. Yields 6 servings. If using entire packet, use 2 pounds of ground beef or poultry.
